SData

ShowLot is the commercial name of the vehicle photo merchandising software. The service is provided by SData, the data controller and contractual counterparty for customers. On the marketing site, «ShowLot» refers to the product; contracts, billing, privacy and cookie policy are under SData.

Data processed

• Google account (email, name, avatar)
• Uploaded photos and processed outputs (configurable retention, default 90 days)
• Billing data handled by Stripe
• Technical logs and usage metrics

• Google (OAuth, optional Gemini Image)
• OpenAI (precheck / postcheck)
• Pruna AI (image processing)
• Stripe (payments)
• VPS / database hosting (e.g. AWS Lightsail EU)
